Please read the meet details below. Please be aware that officials will be strictly enforcing that all athletes wear team suits or fastskins (be aware of the ruling about the suit properly covering the body) and team caps only! They will also be very closely watching behavior on deck!

WARM-UPS FOR SWIMMING & DIVING WILL BE AVALIABLE
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 25th, FROM 7:00-9:00PM ONLY.
Admission: $6.00 per session. Spectators will not be allowed onto the Pool deck.
Concessions: Will be open for the athletes and spectators during the meet.
Locker Rooms:
NO ON-SITE SHAVING PERMITTED. Violation of this FHSAA rule will result in immediate disqualification and Ejection from the meet.
NO CELL PHONES ARE PERMITTED IN THE LOCKER ROOMS AT ANT TIME.

Important Information:
The team (qualifying athletes only) will be traveling to Orlando as a team and will be picked up by bus at the school at 3 pm on Thursday. The bus will drop the team off at the Extended Stay Deluxe hotel to check in. There will be a team dinner at the hotel upon arrival in Orlando. Dinner will be brought in from the Olive Garden for a 5:30 dinner. There will be an evening warm-up at the pool at 7-9 pm.
The bus will not be staying once it drops the team off at the hotel. Parents will be needed for transporting the team back and forth to the pool. The team will need to be at the pool by 6:45 on Thursday night and return back to the hotel after 9 pm. They will also need to be transported to the pool for warm-ups on Friday morning and returning back to the hotel after prelims. The divers will need transportation as well. Transportation will also be needed for finals. If you can assist in the transportation please let me know ASAP.
There is a cold breakfast provided at the hotel. The rooms have full sized refrigerators and microwaves. You can supplement any meal that you feel necessary. For lunch we are planning on heating up the left over pasta from the night before and supplementing it with a pasta salad. Please see the list below and let me know what you can provide. We will also be ordering subs from subway to have before finals.
You will have to provide transportation for your athlete's trip back to Gainesville. There will not be a bus.
We are looking for the following contributions:
4 cases of water
2 coolers with ice on wheels
brownies or cookies
grapes
watermelon cut into bite sized pieces or individual slices
